1. Check-in and check-out
Apartment check-in is from 12:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am, unless otherwise approved in writing. A grace period of up to 30 minutes applies after 11:00 am. If check-out extends beyond 11:30 am, a late check-out fee equal to half of the applicable booked apartment price may be charged.
2. Guest limits
- 1-bedroom apartment: maximum 3 guests
- 2-bedroom apartment: maximum 5 guests
- Pool and private bar add-on use: maximum 20 users
3. Smoking and pets
Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not permitted.
4. Conduct
Guests must not engage in unlawful activity, nuisance, disorderly conduct, violence, vandalism, or behavior likely to disturb neighbors, staff, or other lawful occupants.
5. Add-on use
Pool or private bar use must be booked together with an apartment. Add-on use is subject to booking limits, staffing, scheduling, and operational conditions.
6. Responsibility for visitors
The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants, invitees, and visitors connected with the booking.
7. Damage, misuse, and extra cleaning
Guests remain responsible for damage, misuse, missing items, and chargeable cleaning arising during the stay or use period.
